World Premiere of David Lang's before and after nature, performed by Bang on a Can All-Stars and LA Master Chorale, video and projections by Tal Rosner. Commissioned by Stanford Live, before and after nature is a meditation on the natural world, both before human existence and after humans are gone.
Vocalist and poet Amy Fogerson sings songs that represent her many facets: student, chorister, soloist, teacher, lyricist.
